Lisa Ginter Elected Chair of KC Chamber

Lisa Ginter, CEO of CommunityAmerica Credit Union, has been elected Chair of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce. The vote came at the Monday meeting of the KC Chamber Board of Directors.Ginter is a native of Kansas City and, since becoming CEO in 2015, has grown CommunityAmerica’s assets from $1.5-billion to nearly $4-billion. Mark Garrett Elected Chair of Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce

Statement on Amendment 4/MO Ballot

The Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce opposes Amendment 4 on the upcoming Missouri ballot. Amendment 4 permits the Missouri Legislature to mandate that the City of Kansas City, Missouri devote no less than one-fourth of its general revenues (up from one-fifth) to fund the Kansas City Police Department. Coalition to Hold Community Listening Sessions in Search for New Kansas City Missouri Police Chief
