POWER of Diversity

Studies show that organizations committed to welcoming and belonging are more innovative, more creative, and more profitable.

The KC Chamber celebrates the POWER of Diversity with this annual event honoring individuals, nonprofits, and businesses that are moving the needle on diversity efforts in the Kansas City region.

The POWER of Diversity celebration includes the ACE Awards – given to a mid-level management employee committed to diversity in the workplace and in the community.  The Champion of Diversity Award is given each year to organizations that have made an impactful commitment to embracing diversity in their workplace, diversity supplier partnerships, and in the community.
