Healthy KC brings Comfy-Cozy Nests to Kansas City

Healthy KC partnered up with the REACH Health Care Foundation and Sesame Street in Communities to bring Comfy-Cozy Nests to Greater Kansas City. A school district and three early child learning centers in the Greater Kansas City region are now home to these trauma-informed, safe spaces for children. Read Article

Healthy KC’s Mentor Program

Healthy KC's Workplace Wellness Action Team has established a Mentor Program that is open to all Healthy KC Certified Companies and Chamber members. The Mentor Program aims to connect employers that wish to grow and further advance their workplace wellness practices by learning what other organizations are doing. Read Article

This year, 212 companies were certified as healthy workplaces. Companies applied to be recognized by the Greater KC Chamber of Commerce as a part of their Healthy KC initiative. Read Article
