Luster brings more than 20 years of commercial banking experience, with a focus on commercial real estate financing and banking solutions for small businesses.

Throughout his career, Luster has worked with businesses across a variety of industries, helping customers identify financing solutions that support their goals. His experience includes serving businesses through community banks in the Kansas City market.
