By leveraging customer insight to enhance every aspect of care, NKC Health has achieved a top 1% national ranking for delivering an outstanding consumer experience.

From January 2025 through May 2025, NKC Health demonstrated excellence in online visibility, reputation and responsiveness amongst healthcare consumers. Throughout the year, the healthcare system received over 10,000 Google reviews, with 95% of patients rating their experience positively.
