PINNACLE FIRST-YEAR CHECK-IN
CENTURIONS AT THE BALLPARK
This year’s Pinnacle trip takes us to Detroit in October, so we’re adding a home run of an event to the lineup before our visit to Motown—catching the Royals vs. Tigers game on Saturday, August 30th at Kauffman Stadium! We’ve scored a block of discounted group tickets so we can all sit together and cheer on Kansas City. Please access the ticket link HERE. But the fun starts before the first pitch! We’ll be meeting up a few hours early to tailgate. Expect snacks, drinks, and good vibes courtesy of the Social Committee—just bring your appetite, your team gear, and your game-day energy. Calling all first-years to attend the orientation Breakfast on Thursday, August 21 from 7:30 – 9:00 a.m. in the KC Chamber Board Room to recap everything you learned at one of our information sessions or networking socials. Meet with your fellow classmates and learn everything you need to know from second-year Steering Committee members and Chamber staff. Headshots will be taken, so come picture ready!
Join us for our Apex 2025-2026 Kickoff Social on Thursday, August 28, from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. at Husch Blackwell. This will be the first opportunity for the Classes of 2026 and 2027 to meet and connect.
Retreat is September 10-12 at Lied Lodge in Nebraska City, NE. A more formal agenda with details to follow.
