Kansas City, Missouri and Wichita, Kansas. – Foley Equipment, the Caterpillar dealer for Kansas and forty counties in Missouri for more than 85 years, announced today that it will be expanding by adding a new facility in Missouri at Lake of the Ozarks. The new Foley facility will include rental and sales for the construction business.

“Lake of the Ozarks continues to grow, and we saw a wonderful opportunity to join with LOZ Rentals, a rental business in this area,” said Darrick Prock, Vice President of Rental for Foley. “This addition will further enhance our ability to serve customers around the lake and in Central Missouri.”

The new facility is conveniently located on Highway 54 between Osage Beach and Camdenton. “We are delighted to have found a great business serving the lake region and are excited to collaborate and expand our footprint,” noted Ann Konecny, Foley’s CEO.

“Our customers perform very important work,” added Konecny. “We are excited to grow with those customers and better enable them to empower progress across Lake of the Ozarks.”

The new store is opening to customers today, Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
