KANSAS CITY, MO., November 4, 2025 — Show Me KC Schools invites the Kansas City community to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Annual City School Fair. This event, which connects families with the diverse educational landscape and school options within the Kansas City Public School boundaries, is scheduled for Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Kansas City Public Library – Central Branch located at 14 W 10th St, KCMO.
The 10th Annual City School Fair will feature representatives from over 50 Kansas City public, charter, and private schools, offering parents and students a unique opportunity to meet with school leaders, ask questions, and explore educational pathways and options for the upcoming academic year—all under one roof.
This year’s event is even more exciting as it will serve as the debut for the updated School Guide KC. This comprehensive, user-friendly resource is designed to empower every family in Kansas City by providing detailed information on how to access educational services from birth through 12th grade.

The new guide aims to simplify the often-complex process of understanding and applying to different educational programs, ensuring that all families, regardless of background or primary language, have equitable access to the information they need to make the best decisions for their children.
