Prepared by the restaurant’s executive chef and culinary team, couples seeking a unique culinary journey will enjoy starting with a signature aphrodisiac item, Oysters with brut shaved ice, cucumber and shallots. Continue the meal with a Berry Salad with blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, frisee, toasted almonds and Greek yogurt dressing and Creekstone Farms Ribeye with bone marrow mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, butter roasted shallots, shrimp and mushroom romesco. End the meal with something that not only tastes sweet, but looks sweet like the – Sweetheart Brownie with salted dark chocolate brownie, raspberry rose sorbet and toasted chocolate meringue. The special menu is available Friday, February 10, Saturday, February 11 and Tuesday, February 14 and is prices at $75 per couple with optional $45 wine pairing per couple.
