Thomas F. Whittaker Takes Office as President of the Kansas City Chapter, AGC

Kansas City, MO – Thomas F. Whittaker has assumed the role of 2019-2020 President of The Kansas City Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC). He joined the Chapter Board in 2009 and became an Officer in 2013. He succeeds John Branham, P.E., CEO of Branco Enterprises, Inc., who remains an officer of the Chapter. Mr. Whittaker served as Chairman of the Kansas City Chapter’s sister organization, The Builders’ Association, in 2007.

Mr. Whittaker is Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of JE Dunn Construction Company, a leading provider of general contracting and construction management services, design-build construction services, and integrated project delivery. He has a B.S. degree in Construction Science from Kansas State University and a J.D. degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law.

Don Greenwell is Executive Director of the Kansas City Chapter, AGC, which represents 120 firms and is part of the AGC of America, the largest and oldest national construction trade association in the United States.
