Stinson Welcomes Corporate Finance Attorney Andrew Ostapko to Kansas City Office

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (May 10, 2022)—Stinson LLP is pleased to announce that Andrew Ostapko has joined the firm's Kansas City office as a partner in the Corporate Finance practice group.

Ostapko's practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, real estate joint venture matters and general corporate and commercial matters involving private and public companies. His practice has served multiple industries, giving him knowledge and experience in matters relating to technology and innovation, health care, banking and financial services, manufacturing and wholesale, telecommunications and energy.

Prior to joining Stinson, Ostapko was a shareholder for a national corporate law firm in Dallas.

Ostapko received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law and his bachelor's degree in Marketing from Missouri State University. Ostapko is admitted to practice law in Kansas, Missouri and Texas.

Andrew has been issued a temporary certificate in Missouri, based on Rule 8.06.
