Spectrum to Host First Hiring Event for 500 Newly Created Jobs in Kansas City Area

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (Jan. 22, 2021) – Spectrum today announced plans to begin hiring more than 500 sales retention representatives for its newly created Overland Park center during a virtual hiring event that starts on Tuesday, Jan. 25, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. This will mark the first of several hiring events, as training begins in preparation to start taking customer calls at the new center in the coming months.

During this virtual hiring event, candidates can ask questions and speak with representatives to learn more about these jobs that handle calls from existing customers with Spectrum Internet®, TV, Mobile and Voice services from across the company’s 41-state service area.

These full-time, growth-opportunity roles offer competitive base pay of at least $18 an hour plus lucrative commissions and incentive opportunities. Representatives who reach their targets can earn more than $50,000 annually; top performers have even higher earning potential. Spectrum also provides comprehensive health benefits, and for the past nine years, has absorbed the full annual cost increase of medical, dental and vision coverage.
