KC Public Library Request for Information for a Printing System Solution

The Kansas City Public Library invites qualified vendors to submit information for a printing system solution for the Library. Information may be submitted by email to purchasing@kclibrary.org, to be received no later than 11:00 a.m. (Local Time), Monday, November 22, 2021.  The full Request for Information (“RFI”) for a printing system solution can be found at the following link: KCPL RFI - Printing System Solution | Kansas City Public Library (kclibrary.org) 

The Library may modify or cancel the RFI at any time prior to the RFI due date by issuance of an Addendum or Cancellation to all vendors who are participating in the process at the time the Addendum/Cancellation is issued. Addenda will be made available and Cancellations will be posted on the Library’s RFP/RFI/Public Notices website (currently: https://www.kclibrary.org/public-information/request-for-proposal). Vendors should monitor the Library’s RFP/RFI/Public Notices website for updates/information/addenda/cancellations. Verbal modifications to the RFI specifications shall not be binding upon the Library.
