With the updated guidance announced today for KC bars and restaurants, we wanted to share that we are electing to keep the distillery closed to the public for the time being. Right now we are targeting a June or July reopening and we will continue to keep everyone updated. There is a lot for us to accomplish between now and then- building modifications, implementing menu changes, ordering supplies, retraining staff, etc. When we reopen, we want to offer an experience we are proud of- hospitable, comfortable, and relaxing. We want to get it right.
In the meantime, we will continue to bring the Monogram Lounge experience to you with our to-go cocktails and are adding more to-go food items and weekend brunch! We are also continuing to produce hand sanitizer to help area businesses be able to reopen. Online ordering is available for the to-go food and drink as well as hand sanitizer (see link in profile). Thanks for sticking with us. The support for our hand sanitizer, to-go cocktails, and buying our booze in stores has not only allowed us to keep our entire 65-person staff working full-time, but it’s ensured a bright future for our distillery. We’ve also been been working behind the scenes on an exciting new project we will be able to share soon.
