Enterprise Bank & Trust Hires Dennis Wegner to Head Card Services Division

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (April 2, 2024) — Enterprise Bank & Trust, the banking subsidiary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp (NASDAQ: EFSC), announces the hiring of industry veteran Dennis Wegner as Senior Vice President, Card Services.

Wegner will oversee the development and implementation of Enterprise’s strategy for all card services products. He will provide guidance for clients and associates, ensuring all card programs and services are optimized for efficiency, security and exceptional client satisfaction. This includes directing the daily operations of the bank's debit and credit card programs and overseeing the merchant services department, which offers businesses efficient payment processing programs that can improve cash flow, reduce operating costs and minimize fraud risk.

With more than 22 years of expertise in financial services, Wegner has worked in consulting, commercial card payables and program management. His prior experience includes serving as a line of business leader, overseeing commercial card profit and loss, along with driving portfolio growth through new client acquisition, program optimization and client onboarding. Additionally, Wegner has successfully acted as a liaison for treasury management operations, product education and payables support.
