A Request for Proposals (RFP) is currently available for the following construction services, known collectively as Procurement Package 11- Demolition of Terminals B & C. Interested firms may propose on any one or more of the following scopes:

• Hazardous Materials Survey
• Demolition, Hauling, Grading, and Erosion Control
• Covered Walkways/Canopies
• Electrical
• CIP Concrete Retaining Wall
• Concrete Paving & Site Concrete
• Fencing
• Site Utilities

Proposals are due no later than 4:00 PM CST on Friday, February 10, 2023.

This solicitation is open to all interested bidders and CWC encourages participation of underrepresented firms that would meet and or exceed the project M/WBE goals. The goal of the project is to achieve 15% WBE and 20% MBE participation across all professional and construction services.
