DEAF CULTURAL AWARENESS TRAINING

5:30-8:00 p.m.

There are an estimated 11 million deaf people in the United States and over 10,000 deaf individuals here in the Greater Kansas City area. In order to promote cultural competency and provide equitable experiences for our community members who are deaf and hard of hearing, Centurions will be visiting The Whole Person. Independent Living Advocate-Deaf Services Micki Keck will be leading us through their Deaf Cultural Awareness Training and basic ASL workshop. Register here >>

CHILI COOK OFF

Bring your best chili recipe to share and a competitive spirit and see if you have what it takes to be the Pinnacle Chili Cook Off Winner! 2023 LEGACY PROJECT SELECTION SOCIAL

It's time to select the legacy project for 2023! After interviewing and narrowing the field of applicants down to four finalists, we will need help from the Pinnacle class of 2024 to select the organization with which we'll partner. The Alumni Board is instituting a new annual survey to hype engagement and ensure it is set up to exceed expectations moving forward.
