Jones Development Hires Cam Duff to Grow Commercial Development Firm’s Value Add Investments

Duff will Head Business Development Efforts and Expand Value Add Capabilities for the 40-Year-Old Company

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Jones Developmenta leading Kansas City-based commercial development company, has hired Cameron (Cam) Duff as Vice President-Investments, where he will steer business development efforts with a strategic focus on the firm’s value add investments.

He brings more than 10 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker to his new position; most recently he was co-owner of Bird Dog Industrial, a real estate investment firm. Duff earned the SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and the CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute. He is a 2015 graduate of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce’s Centurion’s leadership development program. Duff is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri.

Recently, Jones Development has been active across a variety of property types, including: a 615,000 square foot distribution center in Dallas; more than 400 acres of speculative land development and acquisition; over 550,000 square feet of speculative warehouse space; and investment in 943 apartment units. Jones Development has worked in 48 states and five Canadian provinces.
