CENTURIONS: THE WAY FORWARD

Thank you for the feedback that you’ve provided over the past several weeks regarding the best way forward during COVID-19. Chamber leadership and staff have worked to create a program guide that adapts to the “new normal” consistent with three guiding principles: mission, viability, and experience.

By now, you’ve received the guide that outlines these adjustments. We had a follow up session on Friday to answer any lingering questions. If you were unable to attend the Q & A session on Friday, please refer to the recorded session that was sent to you.

If you have any additional questions about your specific circumstance, please do not hesitate to reach out to Lindsay and your Steering Committee. We recognize that it would be impossible to create a plan that addresses everyone’s unique situation. Please let us know if you’d like to discuss your situation further.

Thank you for your partnership in these challenging times. This program would not be what it is today without passionate, thoughtful, and dedicated leaders like you.

SPRING

MARK YOUR CALENDARS - RETREAT RESCHEDULED FOR JUNE 24-26

Exciting news! Rain or shine, virtual or in-person, the show must go on. We have confirmed that the Spring Cohort will kick off this year on Wednesday, June 24 through Friday, June 26.

In times of great change it takes great leaders to show the way. We, Centurions, have the unique opportunity to demonstrate how to lead in our communities through unprecedented times. As we look ahead to the next year, the only certainty that we have is that we will continue to experience tremendous change in our work lives, home lives and social lives in the months to come. Therefore, we (your retreat planning committee) are taking a whole new approach to the classic Centurions Retreat and creating a virtual experience you won’t forget. While we’re sad to miss our time at The Elms, we guarantee to make retreat meaningful, memorable and keeping in the traditions of the program in a radical new format!

THE LATEST AND GREATEST FROM YOUR COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP COMMITTEE

Even during a pandemic, the Spring Community Leadership Committee is committed to providing access and insight. We're coming up with creative ways for you to engage with regional leaders, and learn more about yourself as a leader - including a biweekly personality or development quiz. Share your results, get to know your fellow Spring classmates, and join the conversation! Check out the first personality quiz on our Learn.Serve.Lead page for the latest and greatest.
