Herman A. Johnson Business Mentorship General Information
The mentorship is a fee-based member only program that creates and promotes economic independence and wealth among minority and women-owned businesses by connecting them to business consultants from mature local businesses in a three-year mentorship relationship. With staff guidance, mentee businesses identify measurable and critical issues hindering growth, then a mentor is identified who can specifically address these critical issues, and mentee businesses are monitored through a structured system of accountability.
We believe opportunities of self-sufficiency, sustainability and business growth help entrepreneurs create employment opportunities for others and significantly contribute to the overall economic empowerment of the community. To join the many successful businesses that participate in the HAJ Business Mentorship and to give back your community, fill out an application today!
