“Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others.” – Jack Welch
The Chamber’s Centurions Leadership Program is the oldest (and we think the best) leadership development program in the region. Candidates for the two-year class are nominated annually by their companies or organizations.
Those selected for the program spend two years exploring the opportunities and issues of the Kansas City Metro area. Centurions are a diverse group, representing both for-profit and nonprofit organizations from all parts of the metro area.
Joining a CEO Roundtable brings you together with others like you – from non-competing industries, of course. A group of up to 10 of your peers, many of whom are facing the same challenges you are. A place to share ideas and insight.
And if international business is your area of interest, investigate our World Trade Center education programs. GLOBE (Global Leadership Opportunities for Business Executives) is a nine-month program providing a forum where business, government, and community leaders share international best practices and key strategies for international growth. (In partnership with the Kansas Women’s Business Center and Enterprise Center of Johnson County.)
