    The Board of Directors of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce approved support of the April 3 measure to renew the one-cent sales tax for capital improvements and plans to extend the KC Streetcar north to the Missouri River and south to the Country Club Plaza and University of Missouri-Kansas City.
